REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY




Dispatch of bridal accessories will be made next working day following receipt of the order.  If anything is out of stock we will notify you by email

Items cannot be returned or exchanged where there is obvious wear and tear to the item.

Unworn Tiaras, Hair Accessories and Bridal Jewellery items can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days but please notify us by email to notify us

All items for return or exchange must be returned to us in the original packaging, unworn and without any alteration being made to the item by the customer or any third party.

Refunds for faulty items will be made by the same method as payment.

We reserve the right to refuse exchange of an item where it is evident that it has been worn.

Any exchange of a non-faulty item will incur an additional  delivery charge if postage of the item is required (not collected in person from us).
